ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Information
Palazzo Sant’Anna together with our partners, is committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. To this end, we dedicate significant resources to making our website and booking platforms easier to use and more accessible, driven by the profound belief that every person has the right to dignity, equality, and independence.
We are in a process of continuous improvement of the accessibility of our site and the pages dedicated to booking and purchasing products and services. We firmly believe it is our collective moral obligation to offer a seamless and barrier-free experience, even for those of us with disabilities.
In our ongoing effort to resolve and prevent accessibility issues, we regularly use scanners and tools from third-party commercial partners to identify and correct any potential barriers. Although we strive to make all our content fully accessible, some sections may not yet be completely compliant with the most stringent standards. This may be due to the search for more suitable technological solutions.

Compliance Status

This website and its booking pages are partially compliant with the technical standard UNI CEI EN 301549 and the
“AA” accessibility level of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
The website's compliance level is constantly monitored through the dedicated tools offered by:

  • Non-accessible Content

Despite our efforts to ensure an accessible experience, we are aware of some limitations that we are working to resolve. Below is a description of the known limitations, based on the site's latest accessibility report. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.
  • Some images and other non-text content do not have a meaningful text alternative, which is essential for users who rely on assistive technologies.
  • Some content and its structure are not defined in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them correctly.
  • The color contrast between text and background in various sections of the site does not meet the minimum required ratio, making reading difficult for users with visual impairments.
  • Similar to the previous point, the contrast of some graphic elements (such as icons or borders) is insufficient.
  • The visual indicator showing which element is currently selected (the "focus") is not always sufficiently clear or visible, making keyboard navigation difficult.
  • There are some issues with the code's syntax (parsing) that can affect how assistive technologies interpret the content.
